SolidRun provides warranty on its products as stated in the “Warranty & Return Terms”.
In order to submit RMA request(s) please proceed as follows:
- Make sure that the product is within the warranty period.
- Fill out the RMA form that is found here.
- Should you wish to get a refund you may request it while filling out the RMA form.
- Wait for RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Once SolidRun receives the returned unit, it is SolidRun’s sole liability, at its sole discretion, to either repair or replace the defective hardware product at no charge or to refund the purchase price (if requested).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
