HoneyComb LX2 is not another Arm SBC, but instead, a full-fledge certified Aarch64 based development and testing solution built by developers for developers. There is no custom BSP with this platform, but instead, install and run any Linux or BSD based distribution out of the box, try out VMWare ESXi on Arm, or demo Windows 10 Enterprise on Arm. With 16 cores and up to 64 GB of memory, you have all the hardware resources to develop Arm apps and solutions natively on our workstation. Increase your productivity by easily deploying and testing your Aarch64 code using native virtualization and container solutions. Expand your horizons by leveraging the 4 x 10Gbps SFP+ ports for Software Defined Networking development ideas. HoneyComb is a feature-rich Mini ITX platform designed for the standard COM Express type 7 form factor – allowing developers easy access to supported modules, with powerful networking and connectivity options.

Push the limit of the network’s edge with CEx7 LX2160A – based on NXP’s outstanding 16 core LX2160A Arm Cortex A72 (2GHz) offering up to 64GB DDR4 (dual channel) and up to 40GbE.

We Made It Easy

HoneyComb LX2K was designed for easy setup based on the common mini ITX form factor – making it very simple to mount in a workstation case or wide range of enclosures. The board also features a variety of connectors to setup enclosure ports and fans.

*SolidRun does not offer a workstation tower mount with the HoneyComb board. The board is compatible with any mini ITX mount or enclosure, and requires knowledge in connecting and setting up.
